I found nothing good about the service; it felt like the staff were just trying to cheat. The staff were very rude, with no wash basin, cupboard, or hangers. The bed sheets and towel were unclean and of poor quality, and there was no drinking water. The room boy handed me a tiny single-use soap from Medimix. I paid ₹1700 for a single, non‑AC room with a small bed, but similar rooms can be found for under ₹400 elsewhere in Kerala or other states. No receipt was issued. The receptionist and Mr. Jineesh K Sugunan spoke to me badly and showed no customer‑service skills. I urge anyone to avoid booking this bad hotel.

It’s not a comfortable place to stay; the atmosphere is awful and the management is the worst. The property feels like a deaddiction centre.

The only good thing is that it’s near the main road; everything else is terrible. I waited almost 1 hour 30 min with no response, calling more than 25 times. They claimed a 24‑hour front desk, yet the main gate was closed and they slept inside. I booked a double bed but was given a single bed. They said towels and blankets were available but didn’t provide them. All rooms feel like small cages.
