“Poor service”

I was initially drawn to this hotel's proximity to the sea, but unfortunately, that was the only highlight of my stay. The staff's attitude towards guests was a major letdown, as they seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns about the room and common bathroom. While one staff member was helpful, the others were uncooperative and made assumptions without investigating the issues. Additionally, I encountered some technical issues with the air conditioning and sliding door in my room.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel, mainly due to the unpleasant smell in my room and the lack of basic supplies such as towels and blankets. The staff weren't very accommodating, which made my experience even more frustrating. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, especially considering the high price tag.

“This is the worst stay ever!!! Don’t book this. You’ll only waste your money”

The only redeeming quality of this hotel is its beachfront location, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. My stay was marred by the owner's and staff's extremely rude behavior, which made me feel unwelcome and unvalued. They were unprofessional and unhelpful, and even got annoyed when I reported a flood in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the hotel lacked basic security measures, and the air conditioning didn't work properly. Overall, I had a terrible experience at this hotel.
