The whole staff, from reception to the restaurant, were attentive, the accommodation was tranquil, the room and bathroom were spectacular, and the pools were exceptional, making everything essentially perfect. What’s missing is a lounge‑bar service with snacks during the day and especially after 22:00 for a drink; the location doesn’t allow stepping out for a drink nearby, so having a cozy spot inside the hotel would be a real plus.

The hotel sits on beautiful, peaceful grounds just outside Llucmajor, with stylish interiors that have plenty of character. Even though the setting is quiet, it’s very convenient for the town and gives easy access to Palma, S’Arenal, and Es Trenc. Two fantastic outdoor pools are available, including a very large one ideal for swimming or relaxing. The restaurant stood out as well: the food was consistently excellent at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the setting made each meal enjoyable. A friendly little cat wanders around the grounds, adding to the hotel’s charm. My room was quiet, comfortable, and well maintained. For a business stay, the practical facilities were also very good, with reliable Wi‑Fi and mobile signal, ample parking, and an EV charger. The hotel also offers a tennis court for guests. All in all, it’s a relaxing and characterful hotel that blends a peaceful countryside atmosphere with excellent food, attractive surroundings, and easy access to the area, so I’d happily stay again. The only downside was the gym, which was limited to cardio machines and some light weights, as is common with most hotels.

The whole experience was great: rooms, staff, swimming pool, gardens, restaurant, and food all met expectations, and there was nothing to complain about.
