The location, attentive staff, and value for money were all excellent. The guest was not close to the road, the restaurant was across the street, and there was a convenience store nearby.

We were able to use the shared kitchen, which we used a lot, and once we were even surprised with soup and rice. The staff made it easy to rent scooters.

The room was spacious, clean, had good Wi‑Fi, and was within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the beach. The kitchen area had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the mix of air‑conditioning and fan kept the room at a pleasant temperature. I liked sitting on the balcony and listening to the birds each morning and evening. I’d suggest offering mosquito spray for the bathroom, as that area attracts a lot of insects, and adding sun loungers to the garden for guests who want to relax in the sun.

I booked the place for myself and my two sons because of the good reviews. The location was fine, which was the only positive thing that came to mind. We’ve never had such a miserable accommodation in Thailand. I have no idea how anyone can honestly leave positive reviews. Everything was filthy and moldy, the washing machine in the bathroom fell from its wall bracket on the fourth night and shattered. We almost had a heart attack. We were then moved to the neighboring unit, where the bed collapsed on the first night and the supports underneath were taped together. The condition is hard to describe.
