“Coworking place.”

Everything was clear from the start. The room was wide, comfortable, and clean, and you can walk to everything. No one is in the building, the breakfast is not decent—just a coffee from a machine. It feels more like a coworking space than a tourist spot.

The place sits right next to Playa de las Canteras, feels modern, has been renovated with tasteful décor, and the free two cold water bottles plus the coworking space add extra value; the receptionist is very friendly, the beds are comfy, and the room comes with gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. However, the cleaning crew started at 6 am with a cart and the elevator, which was noisy; I had expected earplugs in the room based on earlier comments about potential noise, and the windows are a bit odd—though they do provide good privacy.

The housekeeping was impeccable and the complimentary water and coffee were a nice touch, but the shower water pressure was just a touch weaker, which didn’t cause any real trouble.
