The location is great, self‑check‑in is easy, and the room was clean and welcoming. However, some details were overlooked: soap dispensers were only in the sink, the others were broken. The shower head was too low, so my husband bumped his head. The mattress was very uncomfortable and I slept tilted downwards. It’s fine for one night.

Not recommended – an utterly unacceptable condition. We arrived on 14.09.2026 and left the room after about 30 minutes because of its state. The room was intolerable: a strong, unpleasant odor; dirty, smelly sheets and towels; a damaged, unstable bed missing the footboard and with a sagging slatted frame; walls that were damaged or peeling; a poorly secured lamp; and extremely weak water flow in the bathroom. The floor was not clean—hair and obvious grime were present, giving the impression it hadn’t been properly swept or cleaned. We documented everything immediately with photos and videos and contacted the host right away. We offered several solutions: cleaning and fixing the defects, a different room, or a refund. None of those were accepted. The call was very loud and confrontational; afterwards further contact seemed impossible. We had to leave the accommodation shortly after and arrange another place ourselves. The actual condition of the property is far from what the listing shows. The pictures used are evidently many years old and do not reflect the current state. On site the accommodation looked markedly worse than the advertised images. Due to the many defects and dirt we absolutely cannot recommend this place. As a practical note: the apartment is on the top floor and only reachable by several stairs. That wasn’t a major issue for us, but with heavy luggage the access can be difficult. No elevator was visible.
