“Worst stay ever . Worst service delivery. OYO should refrain from making business with this type of hotel.”

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. Initially, I was allotted a room that had a strong foul odor, resembling a dead rat smell. Additionally, there was water leakage beneath the western toilet, making the washroom unhygienic and uncomfortable to use. Upon requesting a room change, I was shifted to another room, but the experience did not improve. The room key was not available, forcing us to leave the room unlocked with our belongings inside. The washroom door could not be locked, the wash basin tap was non-functional, and the bedsheets were visibly unclean, with stains and sticky substances present. The overall maintenance, cleanliness, and guest safety standards were highly unsatisfactory. I strongly recommend that the management conduct a thorough review or an unannounced inspection to assess the actual condition of the property and address these issues immediately.
