I was shocked by the location, but the shower head was covered in fungus—disgusting. The TV had no remote, and one of the cables was unplugged. There was no safe or kettle. When I booked, the listing promised a complimentary airport shuttle, but an email later told me that wasn’t true. At checkout they said I couldn’t even pay extra for the shuttle and had to take a taxi, claiming it was a “flat hotel” and not a proper hotel, and that they weren’t responsible for the filth in the shower. Even though check‑in, the restaurant, and the lifts were all the same as the “hotel”, none of that was clarified. Travellers, beware! This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed, and I’ve been to some pretty bad places; it’s enough to make me rethink travelling to Brazil or using this hotel group.

It was perfect. The room was spacious and quiet, and the accommodations were comfortable.
