The location is perfect, couldn’t be better: directly on the Lungomare, no car traffic, and the beach chairs right at the doorstep! The house has a unique vibe that the owner family deserves credit for. Attentive, always present, constantly smiling. Some really small upgrades would make the bathroom more tolerable.

The stay was almost super. The breakfast selection was weak, and the morning was the same as in a pension house.

Location, location, and more location!!! The staff were so nice and you can tell many of them have been here a long time – RESPECT!!! You can see that the hotel is aging and unfortunately nothing has been modernised. Very sad, because the location is a dream and the staff are exceptionally kind and helpful!!!

The beachfront location, the chairs for the three of us, and the large parking were really great! Oh, the entrance hall was huge, the billiard table made for relaxed time, the terrace could use new tables and chairs for huge potential, as could the hall – fresh paint, new furniture, removing old pictures and curtains would change a lot, the same in the dining area. The smell of old furniture in the room didn’t sit well with us; it urgently needs replacement. Also, there are hardly any shelves in the room and bathroom, something needs to be done. The bathroom is unfortunately too small, it doesn’t have a separate shower, just a shower head and two glass doors to close. That makes the whole bathroom wet; we had gotten used to it, but it was a bit annoying. A tip: maybe remove the bidets, move the toilets and install a decent shower – that would be more modern! The breakfast, the quality of goods and furniture urgently need changing, and the staff who couldn’t manage the tables.

The rooms and furnishings feel completely outdated, and the breakfast was unfortunately not particularly good.
