“a very pleasant stay in a great location”

We had a great stay! The location was excellent, with the tube station nearby, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The studio was comfortable, convenient, spacious, and we would happily stay there again if we have plans in this area in the future. The only downsides were that drawers weren't properly cleaned and the bed made some unusual noises but it's not a big deal since everything else was great! Overall, it was a very positive experience

“average”

The check‑in process was painful; they wouldn’t let us in until after 4 pm. The check‑in process was terrible.

I stayed on the 22nd floor in a nice room, though the view faced the city instead of the river—maybe other guests got better luck—everything else was fine.

“Fine”

The place sits in a convenient spot and the staff were courteous, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly.

“great location, spacious room”

The location was great for the metro and close to many good restaurants, yet the in‑room dryer didn’t work and the laundry facilities were a major reason I chose this place.
