Lob Lob is paradise on the Yucatan peninsula; every detail—from the cabins and architecture to the pier and wooden walkways—connects you with nature. The place is stunningly well maintained, and the hospitality from Marcos and Kleiber is incomparable, making you feel at home; it was one of the best experiences of the trip, and I definitely want to return with my whole family.

It’s an excellent spot for relaxing, snorkeling in the cenote, and exploring Punta Arena, surrounded by nature with flamingos, fish, and many birds; the mangrove care is superb. I recommend it 100 %; come and visit.

I was thrilled with everything about this hotel; the staff treated us like family and the location was spot‑on. It’s a perfect spot to unwind and disconnect, and the food is fantastic. I can’t wait to return soon!

I arrived Thursday and drove from the airport, letting Marco the Manager know I’d be coming in the evening and requested guacamole, ceviche, and chips in the room. Nothing disappointed me—there was food waiting for me and it was great. This place is a gem and very quiet if that’s what you’re after, and the sunset is breathtaking. I’ll be back one day and am already looking forward to it. Thanks, and the staff were wonderful :) Gary. Room service, however, was missing.
