Everything matched what the hotel advertises—great breakfast, though I only missed honey and jams; I have nothing else to complain about. The biggest issue was the noise; I woke up several times to sounds from other rooms—walls are dry‑wall, like foam, so any noise, even conversations, sex, snoring, spreads easily; this needs improvement for a lodging place.

“Boa fiquei 4 noites e não me queixei de nada”

I loved the shower, but the pillows were too flat and uncomfortable; I noticed many guests brought their own pillows they were already used to at the hotel.

“Frustrado”

Almost nothing worked, except the reception. The accommodations were awful—no soundproofing, constant noise, felt like a motel where couples came and went; a terrible experience.
