The price was cheap and the hotel, although older, was fine for one night. We had a coffee machine and a kettle in the room, but no coffee pods or tea bags.

The hotel sits in a quiet spot, which was nice for relaxing, but there was no breakfast on‑site – you have to go elsewhere for that. The room itself was fine, except it didn’t have a fridge, which was a real pain in this heat wave.

I liked the comfy bed and the free covered parking, and there was a coffee machine in the room that kept me going. The shower curtain was a bit flimsy and the room wasn’t spotless, but overall it was acceptable.

The place felt pretty dated, the bathroom was tiny and the shower was barely usable, and the overall cleanliness wasn’t great either.
