We stayed in August for one night as part of a long trip. The hotel’s location is great, close to the main sights in the center, and it has an indoor garage right across the street. The staff were very friendly, attentive and helpful. I especially appreciate that they let me work for a few hours in the hotel lounge, which was very convenient and practical during the journey. Everything was perfect.

Very well located in the main area, a wonderful place with helpful and supportive staff, and the room was clean and comfortable. After walking about 32.2 km from Rabanal del Camino to Ponferrada on the Camino, this was my place to stay for two nights at AC Ponferrada. I was able to rest comfortably and see the city and its history, and I thank them for such a lovely place.

The parking and the electric vehicle charger were fine. The mattress was horrible; we slept poorly and woke up with back pain.

The location was good. The window faced a light-filled patio with clothes hanging out. The parking was in another building on a four-lane avenue. There was no dining service.
