“It’s unfortunate this is the only hotel in the immediate area.”

The location was good. I asked for a room on an upper floor but felt ignored and ended up with a first‑floor room. There weren’t enough towels in the room, so I had to return late at night to the office to get more. No one was in the office during checkout, and I needed a hard‑copy receipt.

“We enjoyed our stay and would return. Loved the room.”

The property was nice and conveniently close to the airport, which was a plus. It was clean and the staff were very friendly. The GM, Russ, went out of his way to ensure our visit met all our needs—very attentive and focused on our experience. The only thing that could improve is a wider range of breakfast options; it wasn’t bad, but more variety would be great. Also, having a microwave in our room would have been nice.

“Satisfactory stay for the price and area”

The spot is great, but the bathroom could use a cleaner touch and the outer door needs resealing.

Its location near the town and other amenities is spot‑on, and I have no complaints.
