I was disappointed when the front desk staff seemed to use their personal phone to call a colleague about someone who looked like them, which felt unprofessional. The check‑in process was far from satisfactory, and when I asked for a verification, the response was cold and unhelpful.

The hotel sent a thank‑you text before I even checked in, yet I was still billed even though my reservation was pay‑at‑hotel. The food quality was subpar—any teenager could reheat the same dishes. The bathroom layout was odd, with the sink outside the shower and toilet area, and the bedside lamp plug didn’t work.
