“Excelente lugar e instalaciones, pero la comida necesita mejorar”
The cabins are beautiful and cozy, and the overall vibe is very pleasant and peaceful for relaxing. I really appreciated that they offer several activities included with the stay, like mini‑golf, ping‑pong, table football, and billiards, which makes the experience much more entertaining. I also liked that the breakfast buffet was included. The staff were consistently friendly and attentive throughout the stay. When I requested to use the grill area, they already had utensils ready, which speaks well of their organization. The grill area is well equipped, featuring a grill, a tray, and even a cooler, making it very convenient. Overall, the facilities and service were excellent, and we truly enjoyed the place. The main thing we didn’t like was the hotel food. We felt the prices were too high for the quality, taste, and portion sizes. For example, we ordered a cheese fondue with chistorra, and the portion was extremely small for the cost; there was barely any chistorra and the size was very limited. In general, we felt the dinner didn’t justify what we paid. We also ordered molletes, and the cheese was poorly distributed, barely covering the bread. The meat we ordered was dry, and the melon water practically had no flavor, as if it had very little fruit. The breakfast buffet, while a nice touch to be included, also seemed limited in variety and flavor. I think that if they don’t offer a wide range of foods, they should focus more on improving the quality and preparation of the dishes. The reality is that we loved the place, but honestly we wouldn’t return because of the food, especially since it’s a remote spot and you usually end up eating there anyway. Another important point is that the mattress was too hard and we didn’t sleep well; I even ended up with back pain. Finally, the path to get there is complicated because of the large amount of gravel.
