I reserved for April 4, and when I arrived the person in charge told me they were not affiliated with the booking app and that they had no reservation under my name. The person wouldn’t let me talk, said that the money for the rooms was not their concern, and the rooms were practically given to other people; they wouldn’t let me cancel the reservation. In short, I don’t recommend it.
