The air conditioning in my Batha room was broken and the room itself wasn't clean.

“Total weast our valuable time & money....!!”

Nothing was good at all – I was so disappointed 😞😞. The room was dirty and a cockroach was moving around, making it the worst experience I've had in a hotel. It was absolutely horrible 🤯🤯🤯.

“Most horrible hotel ever”

I had a truly terrible experience at this hotel. The air conditioning wasn't working, which made the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. The room itself was filthy and had a terrible smell, and the toilets were not cleaned properly. It was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

“Extremely pathetic service. i Personally saying not to preffer this lodge..not giving proper service”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disaster from start to finish. The lift was out of order, which made it difficult to access my room, and when I arrived, I found a cockroach in the room. The room was not cleaned properly, and the service I received was extremely poor. I had to call the reception multiple times to get assistance, but they were unresponsive. It's hard to believe that this hotel has such a high rating, but I would advise against wasting your money here.

“Exam time”

I'm not sure what to say about my stay at this hotel, as I didn't have any particularly positive or negative experiences. Perhaps it's best to say that my expectations were met, but that's about it.
