The breakfast varied and tasted good; the staff behaved as expected; the facilities matched the standard. There was no swimming pool, and the distance to the metro is a bit far for guests with luggage. Overall, the hotel meets the standard in terms of equipment, staff and cleanliness.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good, and the place stayed clean, but there was a language barrier that seemed common across the city.

Overall, this hotel is pretty great - the environment is quiet, the place is clean and hygienic, parking is a breeze, and the service is top-notch. My only gripe is that the facilities could be a bit more comprehensive.

The staff here are really friendly and welcoming, which made for a great overall experience. The hotel's location is okay, and it's a relatively new place. No major complaints here!

The hotel room was really comfortable, but that's about where the positives end. I've been waiting three weeks for a refund of 1700RMB and still haven't received it - a pretty frustrating experience, especially from an international hotel chain. Be careful not to leave a big deposit when you check out, or you might be stuck waiting for your money back.
