I found the hotel well equipped, with spacious rooms and free water, but the location is a bit out of the city center and the room lights up at night because of an exit sign.

The staff were attentive and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, yet the hotel is a bit far from downtown; in a city like Santiago a 5‑minute taxi ride is normal, but right next to the hotel there’s a nice area where you can dine or even grab an early breakfast since it’s the last stretch of the road.
