The premises showed significant wear and tear, and the furniture was damaged. The bathroom was poorly designed, especially the sink positioned directly above the toilet, which made use difficult. The bed was sagging, and the walls were dirty.

The location is fantastic, everything needed is close by – public transport, shops, cafés. The room is very clean and pleasant to be in. It comes with a kettle, tea, and coffee. The staff are friendly.

“Gepflegte Zimmer und nettes Personal”

The room is nice and well‑maintained. Because it was very hot during my stay, a fan was provided, which was great and helped through the humid night. Cosmetics were available in the bathroom, and a hair dryer and makeup mirror were also present. I was very satisfied. The view from the balcony onto the courtyard is a bit odd if you come from a rural idyll, but it didn't bother me much. I was glad I could sit outside.

The location is excellent, the breakfast is very good, the hotel staff are very friendly, and the hotel itself has an interesting history.

“Super Lage, man kommt überall schnell hin, immer wieder gerne!”

The location is superb, straight ahead or around the corner you’re right at Ludwigshafen station, making it easy to catch public transport wherever you want to go, especially for me the quick route to Mannheim city centre took only a few minutes. The room was well equipped; the kettle let me brew a nice coffee in the morning, the standing fan cooled me well in the hot weather, and I was also very happy with the bathroom because I prefer a shower curtain to those old glass tubs. The lift was also important, especially with heavy luggage. The first big staircase up to the reception (after that the lift starts) was a downside, but the hotel can’t do anything about that; they even offered to carry my suitcase down, and when I arrived they helped me, thanks again!
