The place was close to Viterbo and the studio was spacious, but the breakfast lacked fresh daily items and the long‑shelf products were stale; the mattress was very uncomfortable with springs that felt hard and stiff, and the dog‑friendly walking area was poorly maintained and full of holes.

The location was superb, with a large garden set in a beautiful, cultivated countryside, plenty of space for a comfortable stay; the owner and neighbors were very kind.
