“un mare verde”

I stayed four days in this house, which, although not a true home, was close enough to my hometown to feel familiar. I needed peace and solitude, and I found both in a large house that keeps old materials and details while still offering modern comforts. The underfloor heating beneath an ancient clay floor was a real delight, and the old kitchen, the porch, and the big meadow where Zara, my old pastor, spent hours rolling in the grass all added to the charm. The furnishings are something I’d love to have at home, and everything is carefully maintained. On Sunday, before heading out in the afternoon, we enjoyed fried cake and cured meats at the nearby trattoria—an experience that was top. Luigi was friendly and helpful, always ready to help.

Luigi was very straightforward and courteous. The accommodation is spacious, quiet, and tastefully decorated, with nothing missing. We’ll definitely book again! The location is a bit off the beaten path and there aren’t many acceptable restaurants nearby, but the silence makes up for it.

Everything was excellent, very clean and tidy. Luigi is very helpful and hospitable, always reachable for any situation. The spaces are large and well arranged. Breakfast isn’t included, but there is a coffee machine with pods and a kettle for tea or the in the shared kitchen, plus a big fridge. The TV isn’t in the room, but you can use the one in the big living room with the sofa.
