The whole staff was fantastic, helping us with arrival and arranging a tuktuk for the 4 am ferry; we’re still grateful! The room was small but very cozy, and the location was perfect—right in the center.

Nothing was worth it. The worst part was the location; they misrepresented the hotel’s surroundings with wrong pictures, and the area itself was terrible.

The staff were very, very helpful and friendly, giving a brotherly vibe. We stayed two nights and had no major complaints; they even set up a rickshaw for 04:30 AM so we could catch our ferry on time. We didn’t receive any toilet paper, which would have been nice for a European, but we didn’t ask for it.
