The staff were welcoming and kind, and the reception ladies were pleasant. The room was clean and it was right on the streets where you can eat, drink, and shop for souvenirs. It was a bit chaotic because it’s near the center with music, but that’s acceptable.

The location was great and the citadel was within walking distance; it’s a long walk but flat, and the walking street is just around the corner. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The downside of being so close to the walking street is the noise—music plays until about 2 or 3 am.

The hotel sits right next to a bunch of bars, making it easy to enjoy the night out, and the breakfast bag for early departures was a nice touch. However, the area is noisy and the rooms don’t block out sound well.

The staff were outstanding and the hotel’s design was carefully curated, making it a great value for the price, and they even served French fries at breakfast. The downside is that it’s in the city center near several restaurants, so the noise can disturb light sleepers.
