The view was great, but the room wasn't as clean as one would expect for a hotel of this standard.

The staff were welcoming, the food tasty, the facilities excellent, the infinity pool truly unique, there was even a free valet, and the location was perfect.

The view was superb. The spa was very beautiful and relaxing. The room met expectations; the breakfasts were splendid every morning, and the food was excellent! The breakfast was very varied and of high quality! The cocktails were also very tasty. The fact that the hotel hosts events, parties (weddings, anniversaries) on the rooftop above the hotel causing hellish noise, and you can't rest because of the music. Also the pool towels were lacking and could be replaced with new ones. I had the Junior Suite with Ionian View, and although the room was superb, the balcony faced the parking/entrance of the hotel where from 6 a.m. you can hear cars passing, guests arriving or leaving the resort, so the noise comes both morning and evening. This aspect was a significant minus for us, especially since we wanted a calm and relaxing stay.

“Täydellinen kokemus”

The rooms were incredible, the room was really good, cleaning was flawless. The staff were 6/5! The price was steep and the menu options were limited. I would have preferred local dishes over the Asian ones.
