“It was a good experience but quite pricey for a small town .”

The facility was clean and new, and parking was convenient, but the canteen was pricey. For a brand‑new building, I noticed shortcuts in the construction, noisy elevator creaks and bumps, and a somewhat worrisome feel. Water pressure in the shower was low, the toilet leaned against the wall, the thermostat was mediocre, and the card reader on the door lock didn’t work well.

“Great location. Wonderful staff!”

I stayed at the hotel and found it clean and comfortable, with a great spot for our travels. The highlight was night auditor Kristi B., who, even though we were leaving around 4:00 a.m., took the time to pack “to go” breakfasts for our whole group because we were departing before breakfast service. She was a sweetheart, friendly and thoughtful, delivering excellent customer service and representing the property well.

The property was extremely clean; my husband and I loved the decor and light-colored walls. We both had an issue with the automatic bathroom light that turned on every time we entered; it should have a shut-off because it illuminated the whole room each time we used the facilities.
