The location is fantastic and they have a great terrace with comfortable sun beds right at the sea, with easy access to swim and a shower; we enjoyed lunch there with a stunning view, the rooms are also very comfortable with extra‑large beds and a good working air‑co, and the breakfast really exceeded our expectations—very well prepared with a huge variety of things to choose from, and the friendly staff made us feel very welcome, but the only improvement we could think of is to create access to the road to the center of Selimiye, because there is currently no access and we had to walk across the pebble beach, which is also unlit in the evening.

The beach was great, but the shower barely worked and the staff were unhelpful.

Everyone, especially tesiste zerrin hanım, was so kind and friendly that you feel at home; the service and food were amazing, and all the staff were very attentive and respectful. I didn't dislike anything about the business.

The service was simply first‑class, the Turkish coffee was delicious, and every request was fulfilled immediately by the staff; the direct beach access where you can order food and drinks is fantastic. The room was really dirty, making me feel extremely uncomfortable and I didn’t even want to sleep in the bed.
