“Dark run down inside”
I recently stayed at a unique hotel that offered an immersive experience, complete with a pitch-black atmosphere and a lack of natural light due to no windows. The staff, although well-intentioned, didn't speak a word of English, which made communication a bit challenging. Additionally, some rooms had a lingering smell of smoke, and the overall decor felt a bit worn out. Despite the somewhat depressing ambiance, the hotel managed to maintain a surprisingly quiet environment.
