The desk staff were very nice and helpful, but everything was torn up, the booking site didn’t make it clear, the room wasn’t really clean, and every bottle in the shower was empty.

The hotel was in the middle of construction, the pool was shut, the bar was closed and no food was served; the room was very dirty and looked old.

“I don't plan to come back, though I do want to reiterate that staff were helpful and kind.”

The staff were kind and friendly, but the bathroom was disgusting; the tub had hair that wouldn’t rinse out, the walls were grimy, the toilet seat was peeling, and the tank lid was ill‑fitting.

“Good people / very sad state of repair in room .”

Getting to the room was straightforward and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the wallpaper was peeling, the door needed fixing, the pillows and cot we asked for were awful, and the overall condition of the room was sad, with damaged or dirty walls and flyers.
