Room cleaning was quick and good, but I had arranged an early check‑in that the app said was accepted; when we arrived, the hotel told us it wasn’t available and that we’d have to pay extra. They also asked us to pay 25 rupees for water bottles when the MRP was 20. After requesting a GST bill and speaking with the manager, the staff refunded the extra money.
