The hotel was clean and quiet, the surroundings pleasant, and getting to the sights was easy. Service was friendly and the breakfast was good.

The hotel has a genuine feel and isn’t far from the metro that takes you into the city centre. However, the two hosts left us with mixed feelings: the first night we were kept awake by cicada noise early in the morning because our room faced the street, and when we asked to be moved to a quieter side they said none were available even though other rooms were empty, which we found unacceptable. Later we wanted breakfast in our room; they told us the rule was to eat in the lobby but we could carry it ourselves, then the next day they refused and changed their mind, which was also frustrating. Overall, the hosts’ attitude fell short compared with the generally warm hospitality we observed from locals outside.

The people were very friendly, the room was in excellent condition, cozy, and the air conditioning was great for beating the Osaka summer. The neighborhood was pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent.

“Great place for a single traveler, or a couple.”

The location is excellent. The property was clean, well connected, and very comfortable. It’s much more spacious than the average hotel.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were large, clean, and comfortable, and they had everything you could need and more! The location was convenient, and the breakfasts were amazing—definitely my go‑to spot in Osaka whenever I return, 100%. They’re attentive, especially with the 12 pm curfew.
