Quiet and private.
Breakfast tasted great, the location was noisy but close to the centre, yet the mattresses felt a bit soft.
The rooms were spacious and the weekday breakfasts were fantastic; it would be great if they were available on weekends too, but the city offers plenty of alternatives. A small improvement would be to add window screens.
The location, the beautiful historic building, and the clean, nearly fully equipped rooms were positives. A minor issue was that blackout curtains couldn’t be removed for a bit of daylight without compromising privacy.
