The host was very accommodating, letting us check in a bit early, giving us dinner suggestions, and drawing a recommended city route on a map for the limited time we had. The location made walking to the old part of Avignon easy. Breakfast was wonderful and included homemade items. We’d stay here again on a future trip to Avignon and would recommend it to anyone with a short stay in the city.

Jean‑Paul is a very friendly and helpful host, and we felt very comfortable. We were able to lock our bicycles safely in the courtyard that isn’t visible from the outside. We gladly followed his tip for dinner (La Cour d’Honneur) and had a lovely evening with tasty food and good wine. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Papal Palace. The terrace breakfast on the first floor was lovingly prepared and varied, leaving no wish unfulfilled. Because it was a very hot period, we appreciated the well‑working air conditioning. Everything was fine.

The owner gave an extremely friendly reception, is very helpful, offers great tips for the stay, and gives reliable restaurant recommendations. The breakfast was also very plentiful. We booked this on site. The location right in the old town is perfect for exploring Avignon on foot.

The hotel is close to Avignon’s historic center, but it sits in a narrow alley that’s hard to reach and lacks nearby parking; the room is small and lacks amenities.
