The hotel was close to the N1 highway and had hot water, and the front‑of‑house staff were friendly, but there was no shower gel or shampoo in the room, the food was disgusting, and both meals were very disappointing.

The staff were exceptionally friendly, the room was decent with everything I needed, and the location was great because it was very close to the university, but the room was right next to the bar/reception area and a lot of noise leaked in from there.

I wish there had been a mini‑bar fridge in the room, but otherwise I have no complaints; the rooms were clean, room service was great, and the staff—especially the male staff—were very friendly and helpful.
