“Tranquil retreat within easy reach of Berlin city.”

The location was very convenient for the Berlin Messe conference centre, yet it was also very peaceful and offered a completely different experience from a standard business hotel. I loved the lake views and watching all the wildlife and boats. Nothing really.

The location of this place is amazing, even with the houseboats right in front – you still get your privacy. The furnishings feel modern and the bed is comfortable. However, I immediately noticed the set-up mouse traps, which gave me two sleepless nights because the other guests were active at night – something you probably have to accept when staying close to nature.

“Natur pur!”

The view is truly spectacular unless a houseboat is anchored in front of the window. There’s always something to watch on the lake: a variety of boats and birds. The bed isn’t suitable for people with back problems, but otherwise the house is great.

Check‑in was quick via phone and SMS. The cozy Swedish stove and the grill on the terrace add charm, and the view is beautiful. The equipment is high quality.
