“Relaxing and enjoyable stay with very friendly and attentive staff”

We stayed five nights as a family of five over 2 rooms and had a great relaxing holiday. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of choice. The pools and beach club were ideal for just relaxing and chilling by the pool ; rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is ideal for water sports just a short walk away, markets/shopping and other dining spots are a short taxi ride away. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Tiur who was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. As this is the main location for water sports you can not fully utilise the beach area for swimming

We stayed three nights at the hotel toward the end of our trip, hoping to rest before departure. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of our hopes. We booked a suite that looked nice at first glance but was poorly arranged and not very practical day‑to‑day. Ventilation was a major issue: only one air‑conditioner in the living area, clearly insufficient to cool the whole suite. Several rooms had high humidity, with damp spots on furniture and a few ants on the wall near the living area. We were also disappointed by some services. The pools closed at 21:00, though we were told they would stay open until 22:00. After getting used to enjoying the pools and relaxing in the evenings at other hotels in our trip, we found this a real let‑down. Regarding towels, I had to wait about ten minutes for an employee to appear at the counter before I could get them. At our arrival around 20:00, we also had to request bath towels, a bathroom mat, and hand towels, even though the room had been cleaned while we were away. Another major disappointment at check‑out: we had notified the hotel the previous day and again that morning to arrange for someone to collect our luggage. Yet no one came, and we ended up carrying our own bags down. This was far from what we expected from a property of this caliber. The hotel is huge and can look very luxurious from the outside, but we found the overall maintenance lacking, which is a shame given the potential.

“Wonderful holiday”

The resort was excellent, with a great pool, tasty breakfast, and staff who were very helpful and friendly. Tiur stood out for his friendliness and assistance.
