The rooms were spacious and the interior was nice, but it was unclean.

Nothing good; they were not nice people and tried to give an unreserved property.

Clean rooms, good staff ,excellent location. Frequent power cuts

Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very polite, especially Hameed sir who was a nice person, yet the location is close to every tourist spot like Dal lake, Lal chowk, and street foods, which made it convenient.
