“Great hotel experience overall!”

We booked a suite that was huge, very comfortable, with brilliant large windows and a view; it had a separate lounge area, a desk, and a huge walk‑in robe. The staff in the dining room were fabulous, and the breakfast was actually the best breakfast we had during our two weeks in India. The carpet was beautiful quality but never clean, which made you feel that other details of the hotel were grubby.

The staff were great, but the building feels old.

“Improve the swimming poor area cleanliness and comfort as well as the breakfast and you will be a 5/5.”

The staff were helpful and kind, but the swimming pool was dirty and outdated, so we couldn’t use it during our stay.
