The room, dining, and staff attention were good. The elevator is very small, only one works and the other is broken. The smell from the bathrooms goes into the pool and the restaurant, and there isn’t a small shower just for feet after leaving the beach.

The food and staff service were good. There were bedbugs in one of the beds we stayed in.

The food and the room were good, but most of the staff weren’t very friendly and they charged us a higher price than the app had listed.

The pool was nice, but the staff’s attitude was off and they added extra charges beyond what the app said.

The staff were very friendly, yet I had to cancel because there was feces in the pool right after arrival and I still haven’t gotten a refund.
