I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, with its beautifully designed and welcoming rooms and structure. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. I was initially drawn to this hotel's unique architecture, which was quite a standout. However, my excitement was short-lived as I encountered several issues that greatly detracted from my stay. The hotel's failure to provide a restaurant, bar, and in-room safe, despite advertising these amenities, was a major letdown. Furthermore, the pool area was marred by a murky appearance, likely due to the numerous pigeons residing there, and the presence of dog waste was unacceptable.
