The location was fine, but a mix‑up at reception caused my key to be handed to another guest while I slept, letting someone enter my room unexpectedly. The loud noise and conversations from the reception area also seeped into my room all night, making sleep impossible.

The hotel’s three‑star rating is spot on: everything’s clean, towels are white and odor‑free, and the rooms feel tidy. The only hiccup was the broken toilet lid and a shower head that shoots straight down from the top, refusing to switch to the regular setting; the soap dispenser was also inconvenient.

The hotel is near the train station, buses to the airport pass by, and I could leave my luggage until the flight and go for a walk.

The location is good, but the reception was awful and disrespectful. My stay was ruined by the staff’s attitude; the reception desk was cold, especially an elderly lady who was unfriendly and never smiled. Worse, when I tried to speak, she didn’t even try to understand me and turned her back while I talked, making me feel very uncomfortable. Customer service is nonexistent.
