The staff were kind, the breakfast was good, and the bed had a good mattress with no deformation. The only negative point was that the pillowcases smelled like mold, so I used two T‑shirts as pillowcases for the two pillows and slept peacefully.
The guest had a disappointing stay due to a hard bed. They were unhappy with the hotel's comfort. The experience fell short of expectations.
The hotel's accommodations were satisfactory, but the bed's comfort was a letdown, particularly for those with back issues.
From the first contact to the check‑out, every staff member was very polite and helpful, the lodge’s facilities are sensational, with a well‑equipped gym, a pool, and a sauna. Even while traveling for work, I felt like I was on vacation. I highly recommend.
