I was thrilled to find the hotel just 200m from the city center, making getting around a breeze.

The place is spot‑on, spotless, with roomy rooms and beds, a tasty breakfast, and friendly staff… but the curtains are a bit flimsy; when I showered, the floor got soaked almost everywhere.

We really liked our replacement room after the first one was denied; the staff were truly professional and switched us to a better room right away. Our room was gorgeous and spacious, quiet, and the hotel sits in a quieter part of Sapa. Breakfast was interesting, with a wide range of dishes beyond Vietnamese cuisine, and the chef was on hand to prepare fresh meals. Overall, we were very happy and would recommend the hotel. The only downside was the initial room that was shown to us, but it was swapped for a great one immediately.
