The room and bathroom were clean and lovely, and the rooftop bar area was nice; the location was good. The street noise was a bit annoying, and the website claimed tea and coffee facilities in the room, but there was only coffee; we asked reception for a kettle and they kindly supplied one.

The staff were friendly and the service good, the location was central, and the rooftop bar was a bonus. The room was fairly spacious for the price, and the bathroom was good. A helpful porter was available and airport transfers were quick. The decor felt dated, the room had no water (though reception would give some on request), the coffee machine didn’t work, there was no kettle, and no tea was available even if the machine had worked.

The location was great, the room was a nice size, comfortable, and clean. The only downside was that breakfast didn’t offer many options.

The Queen Room was extremely comfortable, the bed was quiet and cozy. Nothing else to complain about.
