A very nice and authentic place—this is a 900‑year‑old villa (real, check it out). There are several sleeping areas; we were put in the oldest room, everything is vintage and preserved but not modern. If you’re looking for hotel‑style innovation and comfort, you won’t find it here; the villa can feel a bit tense. In hindsight, friends got a room and we saw they received a truly great room. The staff are very cute but only available until 18:30 (after that only an emergency officer). Note the check‑in.

A superb courtyard with a beautiful landscape, the location is fine—close to well-known Tuscan towns. The rooms aren’t quite wow; some walls are cracked, the water is now suitable and comes hot in a few seconds, the Wi‑Fi is terrible, and the most annoying thing was that we were told breakfast was included but we didn’t receive it because “it was already booked for too many people.” I didn’t understand why you said it was included and then told us it wasn’t, showing a lack of professionalism.
