Manuel was the best receptionist we’ve ever met! He and his whole crew went above and beyond for us. Thank you for the most amazing stay! They helped us experience Tulum in the best way with their recommendations and activity reservations. The location is far from the beach, but it’s worth it.

Everything! The hotel is spectacular; my first impression was wow, the tropical vibe and the room is super spacious and the décor is amazing. The rooms are around the pool and you have privacy because it’s surrounded by nature, and they also include a morning yoga class. I also highlight Manuel’s attention, who was very friendly. Nothing, I just wish I could stay longer because I had a great time.

The building is really beautiful and well maintained, spotless, breakfast is great and the receptionists are precious. Manuel in particular always gave us excellent tips for our dinners and provided any information we needed.
