“Mauvaise expérience”

Despite friendly staff, I arrived late and told them, they handed me my key to go to my room, but they apparently had already given my room to someone else who had changed rooms and wasn’t logged in the system. She was shocked when she saw someone entering the room. The poor lady panicked. If she sees my message, I’m truly sorry but it’s due to the hotel’s organization. They gave me another room that was extremely small, showing a lack of organization, and I didn’t know where to put myself. The view was awful the next day when I headed to my car and saw other rooms that were large, spacious, and magnificent; the one I had was too small and cramped, it was super hot. I arrived at 9:30 am for breakfast. Nothing was restocked—fruit, Greek yogurt, scrambled eggs were all cold. On the bright side, the orange juice machine was great, but there weren’t many oranges left to make two or three cups, and it wasn’t restocked either. Breakfast ended at 10 am, yet there were still people in the room at 9:59. The lady turned off the coffee machine, so I couldn’t make another before leaving. I think they should prioritize removing the coffee machine for those still there. The view of the room, the cramped space, made me feel truly squeezed.
