The location is very nice, but breakfast was nothing like the photos: ham, cheese, salami(?), and discount store liver sausage. The heating couldn’t be regulated and ran loudly all night. The SB concept works but takes getting used to. We were glad we didn’t book half‑board, but finding something to eat in the evening was quite difficult. 24/7 vending machines don’t replace a real meal.

The location and surroundings are good, but everything in the hotel is automated and free of staff, so there’s no one to talk to about issues. Even the restaurant orders through a screen like McDonald’s, and the kitchen staff just fulfill the order—no conversation, nothing. Odd.

After initial check‑in hiccups and a fruitless search for staff, I managed to get through. You just have to read and stay calm, and it works. The only annoyance was that the breakfast coffee machine was a standard one, the pot was constantly empty, and the vending machine was unhelpful. The tank was often empty and the cups were half‑filled, but otherwise everything was great.

I recently stayed there and was totally impressed. The check‑in was quick and hassle‑free right after I arrived. The restaurant food was really good, and what I liked most was that drinks were available around the clock, so I could grab a coffee or a glass of wine anytime without having to look for someone. Breakfast was plentiful with a wide variety of options. The bed was great, the mattress supported me pleasantly, and I woke up refreshed each morning. The rooms were very clean, and I felt right at home. I’ll definitely come back.

A fantastic hotel; the food and excellent service impressed me the most. The bar is open 24/7 in a self‑service format: just drop by, order everything you need on a special screen, and pick it up—very convenient for grabbing a beer in the evening. I especially appreciate the tech‑friendly approach: if you have questions or problems, an internal AI at the reception helps in any language, and if more attention is needed, a very friendly lady will always come by to give you the information you need.
